This project was contracted as a Teaming Agreement, our role was as a subcontractor - Install guardrails with highest standards of safety required through the duration of project. Remove existing 24” SPF (foam) roofing system and wall flashings, Scape clean down to concrete deck, Install vapor barrier, ISO insulation, HD coverboard, RapidLock Versico 120 mil TPO, all base layers adhered with low rise foam, HD board and TPO use velcro rapid lock system. 20 year NDL warranty, job completed on time and on budget.

Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO - Bidg 47 Siding Repairs - $12,000

Emergency repairs, Metal siding repairs to north, west, and south elevations, original siding materials found on site, 26’ x 16” 20-gauge metal siding was reused with original color paint refurbished onsite. 80’ articulating boom lift was used, 3 men, 48 man hours. Repairs completed on time and on budget.
