During the pre-reconstruction phase, various agreements and preparations must be made, including agreements for materials and scheduling, budgeting, and final contracts. Upon completing the agreements, we begin with the agreed upon mobilization and material staging. 

Each construction project is assigned a Project Manager who acts as the main point of contact between the ownership team and the various vendors, operators, technicians, and installers involved in the project. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed, obtaining necessary permits, maintaining a strict construction schedule, and communicating any changes or updates to the schedule to all relevant parties.

Proper planning and due diligence during the pre-construction phase are crucial for ensuring the project stays on schedule, operating costs are kept within budget, and the overall financial success of the project is maintained.

Reconstruction phase

Reconstruction phase, the selected materials are installed, and the workmanship is executed according to strict craftsmanship protocols that ensure the highest level of quality assurance and quality control on projects. Each project has limitations of working hours and challenges with inclement weather, which is always top of mind. Our roofing guidelines during construction ensure we will only open up a roofing area that we can keep watertight at the end of each day.

Post Reconstruction Phase

The final stage of reconstruction for the roof starts with a thorough inspection, where the project manager conducts a walkthrough with clients, manufacturers, and city inspectors to ensure everything meets the necessary requirements and approvals before finalizing the project.

To successfully complete a roofing project, final permitting approvals must be obtained from municipalities and material manufacturers, and applicable warranties must be provided. All closing documentation is presented to the ownership team before final arrangements are made. Upon collecting final payments of the project, either through insurance proceeds or the organization's capital projects budget, the final payment application is submitted. This includes industry standards of obtaining insurance release of supplements, depreciation, and providing unconditional lien releases from relevant parties.
