Pre-Construction Phase

- Free Class 4, Impact Resistant shingle upgrades are offered.
- 50-year limited lifetime manufacturer warranties are upgraded for clients.
Reconstruction Phase
- All necessary permits are pulled.
- Strict adherence to jurisdiction building codes maintained.
- Roofing systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications.
Post Construction Phase
- A close-out packet is provided, including a 5-year workmanship warranty, manufacturer's warranty, client-paid invoices, and a Class 4 Impact resistant form.
- A Certificate of Roof Completion and county permit approved final inspection is issued.
- An unconditional Mechanics Lien waiver is provided.
